New patients without insurance can get a complete exam and cleaning for $199 as a new patient special, regularly $350, and monthly payment options are available for larger treatment.

Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most major dental plans. The full list by office is above. Call your nearest office with your plan name and we will confirm eligibility and benefits before your first visit.
Why does Bridgewater accept fewer plans?
Network agreements are negotiated per office. Bridgewater is in network with Aetna, Cigna, Metlife and Delta. Union and Clifton carry a wider list. If your plan is not accepted at one office it may be accepted at another, so it is worth asking.
What if my plan is out of network, or I have none?
You can still be seen. New patients without insurance can get a complete exam and cleaning for $199, a new patient special against the regular $350, and we offer low monthly payment options for larger treatment.
What does an emergency visit cost?
New patient emergency exams are free. That includes a comprehensive exam, a full set of x-rays and a written treatment plan, at no cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible monthly financing plus in-house payment plans on selected treatments, both subject to approval. We quote the full cost in writing before treatment begins.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
No. Medicaid, Medicare, DHMO and HMO plans sit outside our network. Self-pay pricing and monthly payment options are available instead.
Will you tell me the cost before you start?
Yes. We verify your coverage and give you the full cost of anything we recommend in writing before it is scheduled. No surprise bills.
